Information Sessions
Now that you have downloaded the Applying checklist, you will notice that your first item to complete involves attending an education abroad information session.
During these info sessions, the Education Abroad Advisor presents students with all the information they will need to know about how education abroad works at Pacific.
Topics include:
- Pacific policies
- Program options and eligibility requirements
- Costs involved
- Financial aid
- How to receive academic credit
- Application and approval process
- Deadlines
- Cross-cultural training
Info sessions are held throughout the academic year at the Bechtel International Center. Topics are covered in the first 20-30 minutes of the presentation, leaving the remaining 30 minutes open for Q&A's.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled info session, you may request a 20-30 minute, in-class info session by having your professor email the Education Abroad Advisor.
