Housing & Greek LifePacific prides itself on being a residential campus. You will find living on campus very convenient. Everything you need to succeed in school can be found on campus.
The University of the Pacific offers students a variety of living options. The residence halls are home to more than 1,300 students. The apartment communities provide accommodations to an additional 750 upper level and transfer students, while Greek fraternity and sorority organizations provide another campus living option. While room size will vary from building to building and room type to room type our average room is 173 square feet. It is our experience that students who live on campus do better academically, and are more likely to complete an undergraduate degree within four years. We also find that the on campus experience contributes significantly to the development of more effective interpersonal skills, greater involvement in University life, and to increased utilization of the academic, career and emotional support systems available at the University.
