Appointments
For an appointment during regular business hours, call 209.946.2315.
In case of an emergency, if on campus please call 209.946.3911 or if off-campus call 911.
When You Call
When you call, be prepared to give us a brief and accurate reason for your appointment. This will enable us to give you an appropriate amount of time for your visit and to give you an appointment with the right type of provider. Your health-related information is always confidential.
You may ask for the practitioner of your choice, depending on availability. When you are seen again for follow-up appointments, ask for the same practitioner.
At the Time of Your Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes* before your appointment time. For your visit:
- Bring a method of payment incase you incur charges: Cash, check, credit card or PacifiCash.
- Check in at the front desk.
- Present your student ID and current health insurance card.
- Check out at the front desk prior to leaving the building.
*Please note: arriving more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment will not allow you to be seen early.
Cancellations
To cancel an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance: 209.946.2315. To leave a message after hours, press option 1 and then the pound key (#) to bypass the pre-recorded emergency information. If you fail to cancel an appointment that you do not appear for, you will be charged a no-show fee.
No-show Policy
Every month, we make appointments for an average of 700-800 students. If you do not show, you may prevent someone else from receiving needed care.
When you do not keep your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee, even if the provider is able to work you into his or her schedule.
No-show Fee
If you fail to keep your appointment, you are charged a no-show fee as outlined in the no-show agreement:
- $50 - Physician or Registered Dietitian
- $25 - Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant
