Counseling Services
Counseling Services at the University of the Pacific provides specialized assistance to students who are encountering adjustment problems or who are experiencing emotional distress. Our therapists are trained to aid students in building self-confidence, making healthy choices, choosing assertive communication, relating to others, reducing stress, solving problems, and developing/solidifying identity. In addition, Counseling Services offers psychiatric medication management, crisis consultation, and outreach programming.

We are located in the Cowell Wellness Center (1041 Brookside Road), across the footbridge from the main campus.
