Thomas Brierton is an Associate Professor of Business Law in the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Tom has been involved in both the academic and legal environments for the past ten years.
Tom has taught a variety of courses on the graduate level including Business Law to M.B.A. students, Business Ethics to Executive M.B.A. students, and Business Law to corporate sponsored M.B.A. students at corporate training facilities. In addition, Tom has been a seminar lecturer in employment law, church law and C.P.A. law review.
Tom, as an attorney has litigated a wide variety of cases in private practice and served as a consultant to small businesses in the commercial and employment law areas. He has written and published articles on discrimination in the workplace and consistently presents papers at national and regional meetings of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
