Business and Finance

Business and Finance, led by Vice President Patrick Cavanaugh, is responsible for providing financial and strategic guidance to business ventures and projects affecting the Stockton, San Francisco, and Sacramento campuses.

The department is responsible for:

• Ongoing business projects
• Debt policy and bond issuance
• Supporting campus business ventures
• Managing the budget process
• Developing agendas for the Facilities, Finance and Investment Committees of the Board of Trustees
• University-wide communication issues related to Business and Finance, and
• Strategic assessment of business issues and opportunities.

Notary Public service is available to faculty, staff, and students.
