Management Certificate Program

The Management Certificate Program is a results-oriented training series to help advance you to the next level of success in today's business environment. Sessions include topics such as building leadership effectiveness, effective presentation skills, legal issues in employee relations, the art of negotiation, exceeding customer expectations, managing projects successfully, quality productivity improvement, and understanding strategic management.
