On Campus Recruiting Guide

The number and diversity of employers who recruit at Pacific grows each year. Here’s a list the most recent employers who have recruited MBAs from Pacific!

Local, regional and national employers visit Pacific at various times through out the academic year to promote career opportunities and seek our MBA students.

Employers participate in a range of events and on-campus recruiting activities which include:

  • On-Campus Interviews – offered in Fall and Spring
  • Alumni Profile Day – held every Fall – classroom presentations and networking reception
  • Meet the Firms recruiting events hosted by student clubs in the Fall
  • Presentations and workshops organized by student clubs
  • Information Sessions and presentations scheduled in the classroom
  • Pacific’s Spring Campus Career Faire organized by the University Career Resource Center

Upcoming employer events are featured on the Tiger Jobs calendar.

On-Campus Interviews are facilitated through Pacific’s Tiger Jobs system. As an MBA student you are encouraged to create an account in Tiger Jobs so that you will have access to internship and job postings, as well as On-Campus Interview opportunities.

A few things you should know about Tiger Jobs:

  • Your resume must be approved by MBA Career Management Center in order to apply to any postings for on or off campus interviews
  • Additional documents, such as Cover Letters, a copy of your Unofficial Transcripts, or other job search related items can be stored and submitted to an employer via Tiger Jobs
  • You may request access to have your resume posted to the MBA Resume Book that is viewable by employers through the Career Management Center
  • You can access internship and job postings which are exclusively posted to the University of the Pacific AND also to the entire Tiger Jobs network
