Student Financial Services consists of the Bursar’s office, Student Accounts, Student Loan Services and the Cashiers Office.
Student Accounts
The Student Accounts Office assists you with:
- Inquiries about your Student Account.
- Providing online billing statements at insidePacific.
- Requesting financial aid refunds.
- Setting up monthly payment plans.
- Billing third parties for student tuition and fees.

Student Loan Services
The Student Loan Department can assist you with servicing and processing repayment:
- Of Federal Perkins loans for Stockton and Sacramento campuses
- For Health Professional Student Loans (HPSL) for Stockton and San Francisco campuses
- Of University of the Pacific institutional loans for the Stockton and San Francisco campuses

Cashiers
The Cashiers are here to assist you with:
- Collecting payments for tuition, fees, housing and meal plans
- Arranging bank wire transfers
- Cashing both personal checks and checks issued by the University
- Purchasing and issuing of parking permits
