Student Financial Services (The Bursar's Office) consists of: Student Accounts, the Student Loans Department and the Cashiers' Office.
Student Accounts
The University will be doing a complete system upgrade November 20th at 2:30 PM- November 30th at 8:30 AM. During this time students and Authorized Users will be unable to make payments or view their account information through our Bill+Payment software or
insidePacific. For more information on the upgrade read our November News Release.
The Student Accounts Office assists you with:
- Inquiries about or payments to your Student Account.
- Providing online billing statements through
insidePacific. - Requesting a refund of a credit balance.
- Setting up monthly payment plans.
- Billing third parties for student tuition and fees.

Student Loan Services
The Student Loan Department can assist you with servicing and processing repayment:
- Of Federal Perkins loans for Stockton and Sacramento campuses
- For Health Professional Student Loans (HPSL) for Stockton and San Francisco campuses
- Of University of the Pacific institutional loans for the Stockton and San Francisco campuses

Cashiers
The Cashiers are here to assist you with:
- Accepting payments for tuition, fees, housing and meal plans
- Arranging bank wire transfers
- Cashing checks (both personal checks and checks issued by the University)
- Purchasing and issuing of parking permits
