Emergency Response

Campus emergencies can be man-made or natural.  They happen quickly and allow little time for preparation.  The size and scale of the emergency is determined by the potential for loss of life, damage to facilities, and the resources needed to restore the University to its normal operations.

Preparation for a response is the key to minimizing any emergency.

What You Can Do:

• Read the  Emergency Procedures Training power point.
• Check the Emergency Alert Site for updated information regarding current campus emergencies.
• Have an Emergency Preparedness Kit on hand
• Know your National Threat Level
• Have a plan for contacting family and friends
