Ordering Transcripts

Students may request transcript, online using the National Student Clearinghouse, in-person or my mail. Faxes, e-mail and telephone requests cannot be honored. Persons other than the student may not request a student's transcript without written authorization from that student. Learn more about ordering transcript, associated fees.

Verifying Student Records  (Enrollment Status , Degree Verification, etc.)

Students:

• Attending Fall 2004 and after:
  You can  can get a verification of Students records/ enrollment by visiting your  insidePacific account. Even if you are no longer a current student you can still access your account. Visit here for details.
   
• Before Fall 2004:
  Complete the Student Records Verification Form and sign it. Present the form in person at the Office of the Registrar, 1st floor Knoles Hall during regular work hours or mail to the Office of the Registrar Attn: Student Verification.

Non Students (parents, employers, etc.)

National Student Clearinghouse is authorized to verify Student Records for Pacific. To obtain verification of student records (Enrollment Status,  Degree Verification, etc.) please visit their website below. FERPA rules may apply.
