Orientation to Business TechnologyThis program will cover a variety of topics that are 'Specific to Pacific'.  Some of the topics that will be covered include; computer support procedures, InsidePacific usage, Pacific's video/audio conferencing capabilities and the new Cisco IP phones.

Banner 7 FundamentalsThis class is essential for new Banner users as it provides you with the foundation to build the skills needed to function effectively in Banner.

This hands-on class will familiarize you with the Banner log-on process, navigation between forms and how to query (find) data in Banner.  We will also discuss Pacific's data entry standards.

What you learn in this class can be applied to all Banner modules as this is not module specific training.  
Pre-Requisite: All attendees must complete the Banner 7 Fundamentals Computer Based Training (CBT) prior to attending class.  The CBT is located in InsidePacific and must be downloaded (saved) to your local computer.  Click: "Download Instructions" if you need help downloading the CBT.

Microsoft Office TrainingThe Center for Professional and Continuing Education offers a wide variety of MS Office classes each semester for Faculty and Staff. Courses range from beginner to advanced and covers basic Word and Excel to beyond the basics of PowerPoint.
