- Who is most inclined to care about and support the mission of your organization?
- Who might want to be seen and be present because the cause is the "right cause"?
- Who might want to be in the company of university and/or community leadership?
- Who might want to be in the company of other alumni, reconnect with faculty or interact with Pacific students?
- What - What will get people in the door?
- This speaks to your program. What type of experience are you offering (entertainment, speaker, awards, fundraiser, donor recognition, etc)?
- When - When is the right time for this event? Indicate date and time.
- When is the event?
- Is there a reception?
- Are there pre-parties, post-parties?
- Where - Where will the event be held? Indicate venue or location.
- Will you provide directions or a map?
- Will you identify event parking areas?
- Why - Why are you holding this event? Is it a fundraiser, awards ceremony, performance or other?
- How - Is there a cost?
- Other - Details, details, details like: attire, valet parking, etc
