David Henderson
Lecturer in Saxophone
David Henderson joined the faculty in the fall of 2007 as lecturer in saxophone. He holds the B.M. in Piano and Saxophone from the University of Michigan and the M.M. from the Juilliard School. Mr. Henderson was awarded first prize in saxophone from the Conservatoire de Bordeaux, where he studied
on a Fulbright-ITT grant. His teachers include William Fread, Larry Teal, Donald Sinta, Joe Allard and Jean-Marie Londeix. He regularly performs with the San Francisco Symphony, Opera and Ballet orchestras and is a member of the San Francisco Saxophone Quartet.
At Pacific, Mr. Henderson teaches saxophone.
